Self-described as Blues with lots of words, Pino Daniele comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. There is so much to love about Pino Daniele, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. Pensando Amor is probably one of Pino Daniele’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to. Strong percussion and poignant lyrics of this track really gets under your skin. Mari is cool song though, very addictive. No Pino Daniele song has come close to capturing my attention as Indifferentemente Un Ricordo did. It’s Now Or Never gives taste of what makes Pino Daniele special as a musician. Ma Che Tempo Fa is one of these floating songs. Occhi Che Sanno Parlare is kind of track that compels you to skip back and drink it in one more time before moving on through Iguana Cafe: Latin Blues E Melodie. Melody gives good insight into the truths. In Patricia you won’t find any flashy solos. Promesse Da Marinaio - This happy song is an ode to optimism and an anthem. Serenata A Fronn”e Limone was the first single release from the album Iguana Cafe: Latin Blues E Melodie. Charming song, great melody.
