Sickly Business isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. There is so much to love about Sage Francis, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. The Failure Disc 2 No. 6 - Bernard Dolan (2003) is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. Charming song, great melody. stuck ft slug and ant is so unique, as each one of the songs is. What sets Garden Gnomes - Produced by Danger Mouse (2003) apart is Sage Francis’s innovative and organic way of creating atmospheres. Strong, powerful vocals of Sage Francis in Killing Time Live on 90.3 Wriu (1996) are very impressive. Alternatives to College - Short Motivational Speech is a perfect song and it grows on you. Album opener Souvenier - an Unreleased Aoi Studio Track (2001) is a bright, upbeat ditty. Threewrite - Non Prophets (2003) on Sickly Business is solid and easy to listen to. Tree of Knowledge - Produced by Sixtoo (1999) is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood. One of the more genuine-sounding songs is verse-live. |titile| is a sure sign of something most of us are experiencing, maturity. My Girl Was A Groupie - Produced by Joe Beats (2004) gets you up and jumping. Blew our minds when we first heard Lost Verse of the Mainstream - Non Prophets (2003). It took me a little time but I ended up loving My Head Ft Slug - Produced by Jel (2002). This song is very powerful, its catchy melody will have you singing along in no time. When listening to Jesus in A Bowl of Germs - Jared Paul (2004), it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable. Kiddie Litter - DJ Signify - Sleep No More Lp (2003) is a song that definitely grows on you and becomes an album favorite. Killing Muslims - George Mckibbens (2003) is a great song to contemplate the modern music and what it really is all about. This track is just fantastic from start to finish. This track makes my mind whirl and vibrate with flowing energy. Underbite Ben - Live in Sioux Falls (2003) still maintains something of a specific flourish.
