Sage Francis had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. There is so much to love about Sage Francis, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. This track is full of harmonies and gets Dead Poet Live Album off to a relaxing start. Specialist is possibly the most mysterious and inexplicable track Sage Francis ever produced. Grand Daddy Told Me - This one makes me want to not only sing along. Majority Rule still maintains something of a specific flourish. A unique and uplifting song. Within the first few notes of Crack Pipes it’s perfectly clear that Sage Francis is living this song. Sage Francis emotions are reflected through Bang Bang Boogie. Whats Your Name - To me, this is the best song on the Dead Poet Live Album. Come Come Now is a song to savor, to listen to from every angle. Inherited Scars is a striking and quite long song. White Wedding is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. Excellent vocals and musical performances. Some call Black Sweatshirt from Dead Poet Live Album as a quiet invitation of an artist to sit and listen. Whoremonger - A classic Sage Francis track. Emperors New Clothes is outstanding work of Sage Francis. Listening to Dirty you can hear that Sage Francis has still amazing chemistry with band members. No Sage Francis song has come close to capturing my attention as Slumlord did. This track is possibly the biggest guilty pleasure on Dead Poet Live Album. Broken Wings can be hardly overrated by any means; this is what Sage Francis is all about. I like to sing along with Amtrak Blues (C.R Avery), though I mess up the lyrics sometimes.
