While no new Camron album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 2004 tour in South America. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Camron energies, virtually a rebirth. ‘The Purple Mixtape’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. This album is awesome.
Camron has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. This song is very powerful, its catchy melody will have you singing along in no time. Killa Cam - This is a very lively song. I Am Dame Dash is probably one of Camron’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to. I loved Freestyle 3 the first time I heard it. From the sound of it, I believe the song can be a big radio hit. When I listen to Freestyle in my car when traffic ain’t going so good. SDE is such a marvelous and optimistic song that things can get just better. All About The Benjamins have really caught my ear and imagination. When listening to Hot Boyz, it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable. Ball Out (rmx) - a classic song. This track is just a stunning masterpiece. This track is a great song that still never gets old. This is one hell of a track. Once Come Kill Me gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. I was truly moved when I heard Take Over. In U Ought To Know Camron is at his best. This track is a fabulous selection of easy listening, suitable for any age, taste or occasion. Phone Call catches attention immediately, Excellent vocals and musical performances. A fantastic track full of wonder. Simply the finest work ever from this multi-talented singer. Money Cash Hoes is nothing but pure genius. Where Im From is the funkiest number on the album. Freestyle 6 (0:44) a good melody. This song is dynamic and dramatic. The first time I listened to Champions I was struck by its gorgeous sound. Freestyle 7 - A nice song. Camron allows each song to breathe and flourish. It’s such an underrated song.
